The City develops a two-year financial plan every other year and updates the budget segment every year.  The fiscal year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30 of the following year.  The mid-period budget update, conducted in the off year, allows the City to make necessary adjustments to previously approved budgets based on current financial data.  The budget calendar is located in the Budget Book.
