The project includes development of an approximately 3.2-acre vacant parcel with a Wine Country boutique hotel with 24 individual villa style cottages, guest services building, lobby building, guest pool, on-site parking, and previously approved caretaker's unit. The proposed project will modify the formerly approved entitlement, Site Plan Design Review (SPDR) 23-001. The proposed project does not include a 77-seat restaurant or a primary hotel building. The project includes 24 detached villa-style cottages for a total of 30-rooms, guest accommodations, and supporting amenities. No changes are proposed to Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 23-002, for the formerly approved caretaker's unit.
