October 31, 2025, is the final day to drop off the template with artwork for the Bookmark Contest at Civic Center Library or Rincon Library. Please check library hours.
All ages are invited to help the Library design our next bookmarks! Download the entry form online or pick one up from any Livermore Public Library location. Then use the bookmark template on the entry form and create your original artwork on it.
Artists of all ages are welcome to participate. Four winners will be chosen, one from each of the following age groups: Little Kids (ages 0-5), Big Kids (ages 6-11), Teens (ages 12-17), and Adults (ages 18+). Artwork will be scanned and resized to fit the printing template. Submitted artwork will not be returned. Finalists will be narrowed down by staff and the community may vote for the winners during November 8-21. Each winner's first name, last initial, and age (optional) will be printed on their design. Winning bookmarks will be professionally printed for distribution.
Previous winners are ineligible to win again until three years have passed, or the artist transitions into a different age bracket, whichever comes first. Please call 925-373-5505 for more information.
