A day of festivities including a talk by graphic novelist Gene Luen Yang who is the bestselling writer and artist behind American Born Chinese, Boxers & Saints, the Avatar: The Last Airbender comics, and many other iconic works. He and illustrator LeUyen Pham join forces for one of his latest works Lunar New Year Love Story - available now.
Come learn about Yang's art and process, as well as meet him for a special book signing immediately following his talk! Yang’s books will be available for purchase from Towne Center Books on-site at this event.

Summer Learning runs until August 6, 2025. Participants who track their reading and activities have a chance to win prizes. Everyone receives a free book just for signing up!
