The Commission for the Arts usually meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the William H. Mendenhall Community Room of the Civic Center Meeting Hall, located at 1016 S. Livermore Avenue, however this special meeting will be held on November 18, the third Tuesday of the month. All meetings are open to the public and subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act.
