Call 925-373-5505 to sign up for A Reading Fluency (A.R.F.) club at Rincon Library for kids to read to a dog, read to others, listen to reading, and work on improving reading fluency. Priority is given to third grade students with fluency needs and attendance is weekly on Wednesdays from through April 1. Sign up and register while spaces are available.
